Miriam Estrada is an interdisciplinary professional with over a decade of experience spanning various industries, including life sciences, financial services, and in the consulting sector. She has a background in medicinal chemistry, as well as experience managing banking clients and projects for S&P Global, in both London and Frankfurt.
As a consultant, Miriam has successfully assisted large pharmaceutical and MedTech companies in implementing digital transformation initiatives. Her projects have encompassed a wide range of areas, from R&D digitalization to marketing and sales transformations.
As Head of Customer Success at LabTwin, Miriam collaborates closely with the commercial and product teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the company’s products and services. Her expertise and insights help shape business engagements, allowing LabTwin to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.

What is the best part of being at LabTwin?
For me, the best part of being at LabTwin is the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of people from different parts of the world, each bringing a unique perspective to the table, reflecting the energy of the city we are based in. Our diversity also extends to the professional background and experience of team members, ranging from natural scientists to designers and engineers—the list goes on! This creates a dynamic atmosphere where cross-disciplinary knowledge exchange is not only encouraged but embraced, fostering an environment where learning never stops.
What was your dream job as a kid?
As a kid, I wanted to become a veterinarian. I ended up studying chemistry, but realized I preferred directly collaborating with people to solve scientific challenges, and not solely in the lab. This led me to a career in consulting, and now in Customer Success at LabTwin. Although my path didn't lead me to work with animals, I'm grateful that our office has a furry friend who keeps the spirit of that childhood dream alive.
